Top 5 Food Delivery Apps on Android in Qatar Q2 2022

During the second quarter of 2022, the top five food delivery apps in Qatar on the Android platform showed dynamic performance trends. Here’s a closer look at the weekly downloads and active users for each app, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Snoonu - Fastest Delivery saw a significant increase in weekly downloads, starting at around 3.2K in late March and peaking at approximately 10.4K in early June. However, by the end of June, downloads declined to about 3.7K. Weekly active users mirrored this trend, beginning at 19.1K and peaking at 30.7K in early June before dropping to 21.3K by the end of the quarter.

talabat: Food, grocery & more maintained a relatively stable download rate throughout Q2, with figures fluctuating between 2.9K and 4.4K. Active users also showed stability, starting at 59.8K in late March and ending slightly higher at 66K in late June, with minor fluctuations in between.

InstaShop: Grocery Delivery experienced moderate download volumes, beginning at 936 and reaching 1.4K in mid-April. Downloads then gradually decreased to 915 by the end of June. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 5.9K and peaking at 6.7K, before settling at 6.1K in late June.

Rafeeq: Food Delivery in Qatar showed a consistent but lower download rate compared to other apps, starting at 552 in late March and ending at 522 in late June. The app did not report weekly active users data for this period.

A&H Market had a varied download trend, beginning at 702 in late March, experiencing a dip to 318 in early May, and then recovering to 487 by the end of June. Similar to Rafeeq, active users data was not available for this app.
